Draft for beta review. VietVox is provided for lawful community communication. Server managers are responsible for informing members that eligible messages may be spoken in voice.

Fair use

Automated abuse, evasion of limits, harassment, impersonation and unlawful content are prohibited. VietVox may reject requests when a server or global safety limit is reached.

Character credits

Free characters expire one month after each grant and do not roll over. Purchased characters belong to the selected Discord server and do not expire during beta. Characters are reserved from cleaned text submitted for speech and returned when synthesis or playback fails. Purchases are credited only after verified payment confirmation.

Purchases and refunds

Server managers must confirm the receiving server and package before paying. Final operator identity, refund rules, pricing, tax treatment and support contact must be supplied before production payments are enabled.

Availability

The service is provided without an uptime commitment during beta. Final operator identity, jurisdiction and support contact must be supplied before public launch.
