Draft for beta review. VietVox processes eligible Discord message content only to synthesize speech requested in a linked voice session.

What is retained

Operational records may include server, channel and user identifiers, selected voice, character counts, durations, queue outcomes and error types. Spoken text, command content, API keys and bot tokens are not written to usage logs.

Discord login and billing

Discord login provides your Discord user identifier, display profile, server list and server permissions so VietVox can verify which servers you may manage. Billing records retain the purchasing user, receiving server, package, character amount, invoice and payment status. SePay processes checkout and payment confirmation; VietVox does not receive or store online-banking credentials or full card details.

Deletion

Voice settings are deleted when VietVox is removed from a server. Purchased character and payment records are retained for accounting, fraud prevention, support and restoration if the bot is reinstalled. Contact details and final legal retention periods must be supplied before public launch.
